Q: What are the best ways to contact me?

Q: What are my normal business hours?

A: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Q: How far in advance are you booked up?

A: I am normally booked up between six to eight weeks in advance. Towards Christmas, I am normally fully booked up until the New Year by late September.

Q: I have contacted Job Done. Why am I still waiting for a response?

A: I am a one person business and during busy periods it can take me several days to get back to you. I do try to respond within 24 hours, unless you contact me at the weekend, in which case it will be the Monday before I will respond. 

Q: Can you undertake any electrical, plumbing or gas jobs?

A: I am not qualified or insured to do so.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes I have public liability insurance
